So after some discussion the four of us have picked our first family to fundraise for! We have chosen the Kelley family!
As you can see, Jaime and Jason already have three children, but they have decided they are ready to open their hearts and home to one more sweet little boy. Isaac has Down Syndrome and will be four, so he is dangerously close to an institution. But now, Isaac has hope. He has a mommy and a daddy that are working SO hard to bring him home!
I, (Caitlin), may be a little biased towards this family because I am lucky enough to be Isaac's prayer warrior! I am in love with this family! They are so amazing, and so sweet. They are doing a lot of fundraising and have raised over $4,000 in just short time! Us Guardian Angel girls are hoping to assist with fundraising and get them even closer to their baby boy!
We will fundraise for each family we choose for two months. Then we will pick another and go to them. We wanted to do more than just one event for each family so that each one will get a larger amount of the donations. If we continue to do one family every two months, that is six families a year! At least six more kids with a mommy and a daddy, and love! 147million minus 6!
